Content Creation, Management, & Compliance. As clinical trial company with 3 sites in North Alabama, their social media focuses on trial education and subject recruitment, and study related advertisements are regulated by an IRB (Institutional Review Board). Laura Bayes handled content and recruitment materials creation and oversight, page management, Meta advertising (lead generating ads), and prepared the documents necessary for the IRB approval process. Materials created include social media content, flyers, trifold brochures, yard signs, business cards, postcards, EDDM mailers, and banners.
Hartselle Holiday Market
Page Management & Advertising. The Hartselle Holiday Market is a successful holiday gift shopping event in Hartselle, Alabama. Laura Bayes joined the team in 2024 to assist with page management which includes content posting, comment management, spam removal and oversight, Facebook event management, and online advertising. In her first year, she doubled the event engagement, responses, and shares.

Robert Kulp Creations wanted to refresh their Facebook page’s profile and cover photo and Laura Bayes created high quality images that reflects the owner’s creative vision for his brand and business.

Your Dental Practice, Amplified. Explore the possibilities of elevating your dental practice’s presence on social media. These mock-ups were done as part of a training course to demonstrate how a dental practice may want to find their voice on social media. Laura Bayes Media chose a dental practice for this work because she noticed that in her local area of Middle Tennessee, there are many that have very little social media presence and wants to help local businesses build a loyal client population.
